Q. How can I be sure that the items I buy are authentic?
A. Whether you are a dedicated collector or intending to buy an item as a gift the most important factor in purchasing an autograph is, of course, ensuring its authenticity. Q: What is an “In Person” signing?
A: We arrange with many celebrities to visit them and watch while they sign our items for us. Where permitted, we take photographs. Thus ensuring authenticity beyond doubt. We always pay a fee for this and in some cases, this is donated to the charity of their choosing. When permitted we indicate which charity has benefited.
Q: Do you supply a Certificate of Authenticity?
A: We supply a Certificate of Authenticity or COA with every item sold. Most of our "In Person" signings actually come with a COA which SHOWS your item being signed, SHOWS the item you have purcahsed and has a small biography of the signatory! No flash holograms or meaningless reference numbers, just good solid undisputable proof!

Q: Are autographs good investments?
A: Our advice is always to buy something because you like it and have an interest in the subject. Many autographs do indeed appreciate in value and we do have a few items which we believe would make excellent investments but as a rule we would advise that you take care when buying purely as an investment. We are always available to give free advice on this subject.
Q: How soon after ordering will my item be despatched?
A: We aim to get items despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order (Unless you have paid by cheque) you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. In some cases, items are actually despatched within hours of an order being received! We aim to turn all orders around very quickly indeed.
Q: Do you post worldwide?
A: Yes we do!
