Liberation of Brussels commemorative envelope, signed by Le Comte Georges d'Outremont who, in 1942, joined the escape line founded by Countess Andre de Jongh (Dede) and after a while made his way to England, where he rejoined the Belgian Army, was flown back to France to assis the return of Allied evadersr by Lysander. He returned to England and took part in the D-Day landings and in August 1944 joined the Belgian SAS Regiment where he took part in operations against the retreating German army in the Ardennes.
