8x10 inch photo from the classic 1954 war movie 'The Dambusters', the true story of the raid by 617 Squadron RAF on the Mohne, Eder and Sorpe Dams of Germany on 17th May 1943, codenamed 'Operation Chastise'. Signed by actor Richard Todd, (1919-2009) who played Guy Gibson in the movie. Before he signed this, I asked if he would add a quote from the scene and he agreed to add 'We're going to bomb the great dams of Western Germany' above his signature.

He signed approximately 20 in this way, exclusively for us.
