Q: Do you supply a Certificate of Authenticity? (COA)
A: Yes. Every item we sell comes with a COA.
Q: How long after I order will I receive my item?
A: That depends on your location! We try to get all orders out within 24-48 Hours and after that we are in the hands of the Post Office. As a general rule of thumb I would say between 1 and 3 days after placing your order. Overseas between 5 and 10 days. UK customers can have their items sent by Special Delivery if they wish, simply call or e-mail us to arrange this. It should not delay the despatch time as we respond to calls and e-mails very quickly! Try us and see!
Q: How long after I order will my item be posted?
A: See above, Typically we get orders out either the same, or the next day after an order is received.
Q: I have a signed item, would you like to buy it?
A: The short answer is probably not. We ARE interested in signed RAF covers and collections as that is a market we know very well indeed, but we very rarely buy anything else as we prefer to deal mainly in items we have had signed ourselves or purchased from other trusted dealers who hold signings/directly from show organisers. If you do have signed RAF and Military covers you'd like to sell, please get in touch!
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept Paypal, so you can pay using your debit or credit card.
Q: Why is this FAQ so short?
A: We have only just changed the website software and are still in the process of rebuilding and adding stock/text.
