RAF Escaping Society FDC signed by artist and cartoonist Ronald Searle who was a prisoner of the Japanese during WW2, working on the Kwai railway. His drawings of those experiences are well known in the world of art and indeed, as a history of what happened at that time. He later was an artist at the Nuremberg war crimes trials and again at the Eichmann trial, He also had a hugely successful career as a cartoonist
